We had an enjoyable break in kerala organised by Ethnic Holidays. They are very well versed with local places and organised lovely hotesl for us to stay in Kumarkom and Ashtamudi. the boat house expereience was also very nice. They take on the responsibility of organising our local travel too. and they are always available in terms of any problems or emergencies that you may face. Last 2 years, we depended on Ethnic Holidays to plan our travel to our desired holiday location.

All the arrangements and hotels were good, but in thekkedy you could have booked some other hotels.. It’s quite long between boating place & the hotel. In short the total package was memorable . will see you next time and please do have our contact no in your database .  thanks

The trip was very good.. taxi driver was very good. And kuttikanam resort was good but food is very costly

Thekkedy hotel “Livin “is hopeless.. No concern of customer services.. the toilet flush was not working and we got it done after check in .. we ordered for room service (tea ) and they served after 1 hour that too cold and 3 followups.. and wrong order served Not very serious..

The package could have been in the range of 25k over all.. Kuttikanam hotel would be 7k max for 2 nights.. I got the non negotiated price 7k and thekkedy max worth 3k..
